ALTitude is a group of leaders in the church who are investing in the Student Ministry through serving on Lead Teams. These adults vary in age from youth parents to senior adults, young couples to college students. They are actively taking part in administrative duties within the Student Ministry. Each lead team has one director, one assistant director and multiple other leaders on that given team. The ALTitude group works in correlation with the
Axis group, our student leadership team.

STUDENT Ministry Needs @ TEMPLE:

#1 BIGGEST NEED: Relational Ministers. Our ministry needs adults who are excited to connect with students each week. We believe that relationships are a key ingredient for life change…we need godly leaders who want to build relationships and participate in a weekly church service with students.
The challenge is to LOOK (make eye contact), TOUCH (high fives, fist pounds, and hugs), and TALK (engage the students about what is going on in their world).
Main service: Wednesdays: 6 p.m. at our
Agape Worship. Part of this will be working our Cafe that is on its way.
Expected Commitment: 1½ hours weekly.

#2 TWO CENTS. We need your two cents. We are going to host either monthly meetings to discuss the needs, projects, and other news in the Student Ministry. These meetings allow us all to give our input on what is going on, changes that need to be made, or opportunities we are unaware of.

#3 Chaperone any Student Ministry event: Camps, Lock-ins, Missions, etc...
For Example DNOW - May 1-3:
We are anticipating over 120 Students will be involved in this weekend
Some Areas to serve are:
COOK or PREPARE FOOD,
HOST HOME COORDINATOR,
PROJECT COORDINATOR,
TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR,
HOST-HOME, etc.
